Israel Always Attacks First and Then Claims "Self Defense!" Of Course the US Dog is Not Far Behind as the Tail Wags the Dog

Israel, just 3 hours before the end of the latest ceasefire extension, launched airstrikes on civilians in Gaza claiming that the strikes were in response to 3 rockets launched from Gaza. Of course it was a blatant lie, since not one journalist or observer was aware of any rockets launched from Gaza.

Besides, it made no sense because the Palestinian delegation had just delivered its latest proposal for a permanent ceasefire to the Egyptian mediator and was waiting an Israeli response. On the other hand Netanyahu was not interested in any deal; he wanted to resume his attacks. In fact his latest delegation to Cairo was made up entirely of "security" figures and not a single political figure.

So, how to relaunch the attacks on Gaza? Fabricate a lie that the Palestinians fired first. Just take a look at this quote by Moshe Dayan, in the New York Times:

General Dayan interrupted: ''Never mind that. After all, I know how at least 80 percent of the clashes there started. In my opinion, more than 80 percent, but let's talk about 80 percent. It went this way: We would send a tractor to plow some area where it wasn't possible to do anything, in the demilitarized area, and knew in advance that the Syrians would start to shoot. If they didn't shoot, we would tell the tractor to advance farther, until in the end the Syrians would get annoyed and shoot. And then we would use artillery and later the air force also, and that's how it was.''

So, nothing has changed; Israel bombs first and then cries!
